Description

  • Own and execute a land-and-expand strategy for Velocity accounts and high-potential non-retail organizations.
  • Drive new business within strategic whitespace as the primary owner of assigned territory and accounts.
  • Partner with Large Enterprise AEs on complex, high-value opportunities and support co-sell motions.
  • Prospect into non-retail verticals with personalized, multi-threaded outreach tailored to industry pain points.
  • Lead discovery sessions and build ROI-backed business cases and bespoke demos for executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene, pipeline stage management, and forecasting documentation.
  • Coordinate BDRs, Solutions Architects, and Marketing to run a unified sales motion.
  • Manage pre-qualified enterprise opportunities with established stakeholder, objective, and account context.
  • Present effectively to both technical and executive buyers throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience as a closing Account Executive in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong performance record at the Large Enterprise level.
  • Exceptional ability to present to large groups and adapt communication style across audiences.
  • Strong discovery skills and ability to translate business objectives into ROI-justified use cases.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating complex buying committees including IT, Finance, Marketing, and Procurement.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
  • Comfort interpreting funnel signals and applying core business metrics such as ROI and TCO.
  • Active desire to learn, openness to coaching, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with multi-threading and enterprise deal management (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $128,000-$192,000 USD.
  • Participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation/OTE for sales and customer success roles.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in total compensation.
