Description

  • Drive enterprise implementations with $100K+ ACV from scoping through go-live and post-launch adoption.
  • Own the end-to-end client journey and ensure customers achieve measurable value.
  • Provide user training, technical support, and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Technology, and Product teams to resolve client issues and communicate product feedback.
  • Build relationships with enterprise stakeholders and maintain CSAT above 90%.
  • Track go-live, adoption, and client health KPIs.
  • Improve internal documentation and implementation processes.
  • Keep complex or ambiguous implementations on track with minimal escalation.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills, including scoping, timeline ownership, risk management, and independent delivery.
  • Technical aptitude with integrations and workflows, and experience partnering with Engineering and Product teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment with evolving processes.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.
  • 5–7 years of enterprise implementation experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in AP, accounting, or fintech software.
  • Familiarity with ERP or payment platforms such as IFS, Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP B1, or SYSPRO.
  • Transferable experience in project management, onboarding, consulting, or delivery is considered.
  • Written consent to a police or criminal background check may be required; Traild is an E-Verify employer.

Benefits

  • U.S. base salary of $90,000–$120,000 USD annually.
  • Canadian base salary of $90,000–$120,000 CAD annually.
