Description

  • Partner with Account Managers and Solutions Consultants to support complex customer evaluations and implementation planning.
  • Lead technical evaluations, presentations, pilots, and proof-of-concept activities.
  • Assess customer technology ecosystems and business needs, defining configuration, customization, and implementation requirements.
  • Advise customers on architecture, authoring, custom development, and AI-powered capabilities using tools such as JSON, GitHub, and Claude Code.
  • Coordinate evaluation timelines, tasks, tools, processes, and resources.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product teams and communicate roadmap alignment to prospects.
  • Develop migration strategies from existing accounting and audit tools in collaboration with Professional Services teams and partners.
  • Attend conferences, events, and onsite workshops; maintain customer relationships and monitor industry trends.
  • Design and implement processes and systems that support consistent, scalable service delivery.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience designing, developing, or implementing software solutions for the accounting industry, or at least 4 years performing external audit, review, or compilation engagements.
  • Understanding of, or strong interest in, AI-powered software development and applying AI to accounting workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder interpretation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple deliverables and tasks in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
  • Willingness to work Eastern Time Zone hours and support meetings across North American time zones.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer needs, conferences, events, or workshops.
  • Preferred: Cloud software development expertise, including JavaScript, JSON, Git-based version control, and AI tools such as Claude Code.
  • Preferred: Experience authoring in Caseware or using Caseware for financial statements or engagements.
  • Preferred: CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent with 3+ years of audit or accounting experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, AI, or a related field; experience with project, product, or program management, CRM software, Microsoft Office, and process improvement.
