Description

  • Partner with Account Managers to help prospects and customers evaluate and plan implementation of Caseware products.
  • Lead presentations, trials, pilots, and solution evaluations, coordinating with technical and product subject-matter experts.
  • Create and maintain value-focused product demonstration strategies, toolkits, and evaluation resources.
  • Assist with customer migration strategies from existing accounting and audit platforms to Caseware cloud solutions.
  • Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for Product teams and roadmap discussions.
  • Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues involving access, licenses, account maintenance, and escalated support.
  • Develop product knowledge resources and scalable processes to support consistent service delivery and team growth.
  • Maintain customer relationships, attend industry conferences, and participate in speaking engagements or thought leadership activities.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience preparing financial statements, performing external audit or assurance engagements, or working in a customer-facing SaaS role serving the accounting profession.
  • Understanding of, or strong interest in, AI-powered accounting solutions and their applications in accounting, audit, and advisory workflows.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder-needs interpretation skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and initiative-taking abilities.
  • Understanding of technology in the audit and accounting sector, or enthusiasm to learn.
  • Direct experience using CaseWare, a Chartered Accountant or equivalent certification, or a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Preferred experience leading technology adoption, training, methodology, or innovation initiatives in an accounting firm.
  • Preferred experience in project, product, program management, sales methodology, CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, or process improvement.
  • Practical experience using AI tools, including for software development, is preferred.
