Description

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of company-wide and team offsites, including goals, logistics, vendors, budgets, and post-event reporting.
  • Partner with leadership to design agendas for offsites and other gatherings that align with team goals and company values.
  • Manage employee experience touchpoints such as milestone celebrations, recognition programs, and offboarding experiences.
  • Develop and execute cultural initiatives that reinforce collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing across a distributed workforce.
  • Create opportunities for connection through virtual events, team-building activities, wellness programs, and community-building initiatives.
  • Support the People Operations team with core HR functions, including benefits administration, leave management, employee inquiries, and related people processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with event agencies, travel partners, venues, and other vendors while managing costs effectively.
  • Gather employee feedback and translate insights into improvements for employee experience programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 4+ years of experience in employee experience, employee engagement, internal events, HR, or a similar people-focused role.
  • Experience planning and executing in-person and virtual events, team offsites, or company gatherings for distributed teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to partner with leaders at all levels in a remote organization.
  • Data-informed mindset with experience collecting employee feedback and turning insights into action.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools such as Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and takes initiative.
  • Passion for building inclusive, engaging workplace cultures where people feel valued and connected.
  • Experience in a tech or high-growth environment is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $100,000 to $150,000, excluding benefits and potential bonuses.
