Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing members throughout onboarding and ongoing care support.
  • Coordinate scheduling between members and the clinical team while managing complex calendars.
  • Help members understand their benefits and connect them with digital mental health resources.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM/EHR systems to support clinical care.
  • Proactively identify and resolve barriers to care, including financial concerns, technology issues, and insurance hurdles.
  • Support members with empathy, patience, and timely follow-up across emails, calls, and other communications.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues for members using internal tools and communication platforms.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, case management, or high-touch customer success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English (C1+) and Spanish (Native/Fluent).
  • High comfort level using multiple platforms, browser tabs, and communication tools at the same time.
  • Previous experience in the American health care industry is an asset.
  • Comfortable working a flexible full-time schedule, including standard business hours and rotating weekend shifts when needed.
  • Experience with CRM/EHR systems such as Salesforce, Athena, or Slack is preferred.
