Description

  • Analyze customer health and adoption data across a broad book of business to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and optimize repeatable adoption, enablement, and risk mitigation programs at scale.
  • Develop and maintain scalable adoption playbooks aligned to customer segments or verticals.
  • Deliver enablement content and experiences such as webinars, guides, workshops, and campaigns.
  • Monitor customer journey activities through automation and intervene directly when needed.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to align programs and surface systemic insights.
  • Track platform enhancements, customer behavior patterns, and industry best practices to evolve adoption strategies.
  • Assess the impact of adoption initiatives for scalability, reusability, and long-term customer value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, change management, or education-related roles.
  • Experience in academic institutions or education technology is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Brightspace.
  • Ability to design and execute adoption and enablement programs for broad, repeatable use.
  • Strong data analysis and pattern recognition skills across large customer populations.
  • Experience applying change management principles to drive adoption at scale.
  • Ability to think systemically about the long-term impact of programs, tools, and processes.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for creating content and leading one-to-many experiences.
  • High energy, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Base salary range of $67,000 to $79,000 CAD.
