Description

  • Partner closely with customers and Intrinsic team members to advance shared engagement goals.
  • Conceptualize industrial robotic automation solutions and define the path to production.
  • Design, implement, test, and maintain high-quality software based on Intrinsic’s product suite.
  • Guide customers to apply Intrinsic’s products effectively and progress implementations more independently.
  • Own communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
  • Serve as a bridge to the broader Intrinsic team to shape the product roadmap and incorporate customer feedback.
  • Support end-to-end delivery of first-of-a-kind production deployments and long-term lifecycle success.
  • Engage directly with users alongside functions such as Business Development and Product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering modern industrial automation solutions into production.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, debug issues, and drive results.
  • End-to-end understanding of industrial automation systems and the ability to guide customers to scalable solutions.
  • Professional software development experience with C++ and/or Python.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Willingness to frequently travel domestically to support customer engagements in North America.
  • Experience in industrial robot programming, PLC programming, machine vision, industrial bus systems, virtual commissioning, or simulation is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies and distributed systems such as Kubernetes, gRPC, Protobuf, Bazel, and real-time architectures is preferred.
  • Experience building responsive operator interfaces using modern web frameworks such as Angular is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ROS (2), its major frameworks, and Gazebo is preferred.
  • Experience on multidisciplinary project teams deploying robotic systems is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $132,000 - $180,400 USD.
  • 15% bonus opportunity.
