Description

  • Serve as the technical expert on customer use cases, platform configuration, and the customer technology stack.
  • Deliver structured, outcome-focused engagements that increase platform usage and customer value.
  • Identify and guide expansion and optimization opportunities as customer needs evolve.
  • Conduct usage reviews and platform audits to improve ROI and platform effectiveness.
  • Lead strategic customer conversations to align business objectives with platform execution.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights, technical design, and industry best practices.
  • Document project requirements, actions, outcomes, and ROI-related deliverables.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and customers to build success plans that support retention and growth.
  • Advocate internally for customer needs and represent the customer voice to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Share field insights and contribute to improved delivery playbooks, engagement models, and consulting frameworks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Implementation, or Customer Success.
  • Experience supporting financial institutions, mortgage lenders, or fintech companies preferred.
  • Familiarity with mortgage technology systems such as LOS, POS, PPE, and CRM preferred.
  • Experience with APIs, BI tools, and data integration models preferred.
  • Background in a SaaS billable utilization framework preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and documentation skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.

  • Base salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually.
