Description

  • Help build and set up Digital Twins for clients on live deployment projects.
  • Process and validate building systems data using knowledge of HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Work with 3D building models such as Revit and Navisworks to understand layouts and support accurate Digital Twin creation.
  • Analyze large datasets using tools like Excel to identify issues and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up and support system integrations.
  • Use AI tools to speed up data processing, documentation, and problem-solving.
  • Keep the Team Leader updated daily on progress, issues, risks, and blockers.
  • Engage with Product and Engineering teams to improve product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Build strong internal working relationships and help manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in MEP / building services engineering, Building Automation Services, or project/program coordination, ideally in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business.
  • Background in MEP engineering, especially mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing control and monitoring within the built environment.
  • Understanding of building technology systems such as HVAC controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), lighting controls, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT devices and networks, and access control/security technologies.
  • 3D modeling or BIM experience, with exposure to tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or Archicad.
  • Comfort using or learning AI tools such as Claude to improve productivity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to work across large, disparate datasets using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, flexible, energetic, and highly motivated attitude.
  • Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects and working across subject matter areas you may not be an expert in.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical content to support internal and external decision-making.
