Description

  • Act as a strategic advisor for customers throughout the customer success lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion.
  • Serve as the trusted Cribl expert as customers build and optimize data pipelines.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management at large customers.
  • Drive adoption of existing use cases and advise on developing new use cases.
  • Monitor customer initiatives, troubleshooting efforts, and certification progress to keep accounts on track.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, experience, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer.
  • Mentor and coach team members within the Customer Experience organization.
  • Engage with technical, management, and executive stakeholders to demonstrate Cribl’s value in business discussions.
  • Support customer outcomes by coordinating and strategizing across functions.
  • Be available for stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations with empathy and active listening.
  • Proven experience working with large, complex enterprises in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience with observability, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
  • Deep understanding of managing data pipelines through the full data lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to drive product value by developing new use cases related to reducing, reusing, enriching, and routing data.
  • Quick learner with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Must live in Germany.
  • Experience with data engineering or analytics platforms such as Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, or Snowflake is preferred.
  • Experience using Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight or PlanHat is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
  • Experience working remotely is preferred.

  • Base salary range of €70,600 to €100,000 EUR.
  • Eligibility for incentive compensation (commission) for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, or participation in the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program for other roles.
