Description

Map manual, repetitive business processes across Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, and revenue teams to identify automation opportunities.
Own automation delivery from idea to production, translating stakeholder requirements into working solutions.
Design, build, test, and ship automated workflows using no-code/low-code automation platforms.
Build and deploy AI agents for business workflows such as ticket classification, document extraction, and summarization.
Develop internal tools end-to-end using AI coding assistants, from prototype through production use.
Connect internal systems through APIs and webhooks, including CRM, ERP, ticketing, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
Create AI-powered workflows for Marketing and Revenue teams, including lead enrichment, campaign reporting automation, and pipeline data hygiene.
Monitor, maintain, document, and continuously improve existing automations.
Train internal process owners on how to use and support automated systems.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience building automations or AI-powered workflows.
Experience implementing AI/ML tools into operational workflows.
Solid working knowledge of LLMs, including their capabilities, limitations, and how to get reliable output.
Hands-on experience with at least one automation/workflow platform such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, or Workato.
Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Replit to build and ship projects end-to-end.
Understanding of AI agent workflows, including RAG and agent memory concepts.
Automation-first, data-driven systems thinking with experience across complex business systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, or Gong.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain operational complexity to executives and cross-functional partners.
Familiarity with revenue and marketing systems and workflows, such as CRM data flows, campaign automation, lead scoring, or pipeline reporting.
Experience automating or supporting GTM or revenue-adjacent processes is a strong plus.
