Description

Ensure acquisitions are processed in a timely manner so properties can be listed quickly.
Serve as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process.
Review and enter contracts and settlement statements into the CRM accurately.
Manage relationships with title companies and monitor settlement timelines.
Assist with property marketing by ordering photos, creating online listings, and coordinating staging.
Partner with the construction team to confirm projects are completed before listing.
Support the company’s expansion into new geographic markets.
Sign closing documents as needed.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a remote environment (implied by the role’s fully remote setup).
