Description

  • Own planning and execution for creative projects across advertising, video, podcasts, social, and other channels.
  • Review and manage creative intake, ensuring briefs are defined, scoped, prioritized, and ready for kickoff.
  • Develop project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and maintain accurate project status in management tools.
  • Coordinate Creative Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to balance priorities, resources, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs and status meetings, documenting deliverables, owners, decisions, and next steps.
  • Provide regular reporting on project priorities, health, risks, overdue work, and blockers.
  • Identify and resolve risks, capacity constraints, dependencies, and timeline impacts; escalate significant issues when needed.
  • Improve and document creative workflows, processes, onboarding resources, and operational practices.
  • Manage multiple complex projects independently while promoting accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of project management or creative operations experience in an agency, design studio, creative department, or similar environment.
  • Experience managing multiple creative projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and translating business needs into actionable project plans.
  • Experience with Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating requirements, status, risks, and decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and solutions-oriented amid tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across Creative and non-Creative teams.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, self-manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must work within one hour of US Eastern Time, be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and submit applications and communications in English.
  • Ability to reliably attend virtual meetings on camera and use required digital collaboration tools.
