Description

  • Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, development, engagement, and performance accountability for property teams.
  • Execute corporate initiatives and maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Inspect assigned properties for safety, curb appeal, maintenance, operations, capital improvements, risk management, and brand consistency.
  • Support move-in, move-out, and turn planning, and provide leadership during emergencies or staffing gaps.
  • Review occupancy, delinquency, collections, budgets, variances, capital expenditures, contracts, payables, and operating expenses.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to improve revenue, leasing performance, occupancy, and expense management.
  • Lead weekly sales planning using market data, leasing activity, marketing plans, pricing, incentives, and revenue targets.
  • Oversee customer experience programs, resident events, reputation management, work order resolution, and brand integrity.
  • Resolve escalated resident complaints and identify operational improvements using technology and performance data.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of property management experience, including direct supervision; multi-site management experience preferred.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • Ability to manage operations across multiple student housing properties.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, communication, prioritization, and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial, occupancy, delinquency, leasing, and market data.
  • Based near San Antonio, Austin, or a surrounding commutable region, with proximity to a major hub such as San Marcos.
  • Ability and willingness to travel; company-paid travel.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
