Description

  • Manage complex creative projects across advertising, video, podcasts, social, and other channels from intake through final delivery.
  • Create project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and accurate status updates in project management tools.
  • Review and prioritize creative briefs, resolve information gaps, assess capacity, and support project assignments.
  • Partner with Creative Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to manage resources, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs and status meetings, documenting deliverables, owners, decisions, and next steps.
  • Provide regular reporting on project priorities, health, overdue work, risks, and blockers.
  • Escalate complex issues with relevant context and recommended solutions.
  • Improve Creative Team workflows, processes, documentation, onboarding resources, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage increasingly complex cross-functional projects and contribute to the strategic evolution of Creative Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of project or creative operations experience in an advertising agency, design studio, creative department, or similar environment.
  • Experience managing multiple creative projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and translating business needs into actionable project plans.
  • Experience with Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating requirements, status, risks, and decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and solutions-oriented amid tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across Creative and non-Creative teams.
  • Proactive, independent problem solver with sound judgment and a focus on process improvement; must be authorized to work in the US, work within one hour of Eastern Time, and submit applications in English.
