Description

  • Support account managers and client teams across digital marketing, website, branding, and technology projects.
  • Create and maintain project plans, boards, tickets, dependencies, timelines, and documentation in Monday.com.
  • Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, blockers, overdue tasks, and capacity conflicts.
  • Coordinate work across design, development, marketing, strategy, and content teams.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs and recurring status meetings, documenting decisions, action items, and next steps.
  • Communicate project updates, scheduling concerns, risks, and priorities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Track milestones, approvals, dependencies, deliverables, scope, and client priorities.
  • Maintain project briefs, status reports, meeting notes, and supporting documentation.
  • Improve project workflows, templates, operational processes, and adoption of project management standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related role.
  • Agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Experience with Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and collaborative digital tools.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships and keep projects moving.
  • Interest in improving processes and creating operational efficiencies.
