Description

  • Build and maintain project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage project scope, requirements, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and change control.
  • Maintain project documentation, including status reports, decision logs, issue trackers, risk registers, and delivery artifacts.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, stakeholder reviews, risk reviews, decision forums, and readiness checkpoints.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering, resource planning, cross-functional dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Manage launch readiness activities, including testing, issue triage, operational preparation, client approvals, and go/no-go decisions.
  • Coordinate implementation-to-operations handoffs, including materials, ownership changes, support expectations, and monitoring needs.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, Support, Sales, and Business Development.
  • Escalate delivery blockers and communicate project health, decisions, risks, and required leadership support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation delivery, project controls, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation management, client or vendor management, consulting, SaaS implementation, or client-facing delivery.
  • Healthcare or experience working with protected data environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-phase projects with parallel, interdependent workstreams and measurable milestones.
  • Experience managing multiple active projects with cross-functional dependencies.
  • Experience with scope management, change control, resource planning, risk and issue management, escalation, launch readiness, and operational handoffs.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, including translating requirements, communicating progress, managing expectations, and facilitating decisions.
  • Working knowledge of integrated systems, SaaS/PaaS environments, APIs, data integrations, and reporting concepts.
  • Experience with Agile delivery, technical documentation, business analytics, issue triage, and user acceptance testing preferred.
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship; able to work remotely or hybrid in Tennessee and attend a required first week onsite at a Tennessee office.
