Description

  • Build and manage a targeted portfolio of Net New and Core enterprise accounts.
  • Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
  • Expand existing client relationships and drive long-term account growth.
  • Develop account strategies and plans in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales experts and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions.
  • Lead executive-level conversations with mid- to senior-level stakeholders and C-suite contacts.
  • Negotiate complex service agreements with procurement and legal teams.
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, proposals, and deal execution.
  • Work with clients to align Toptal’s capabilities to their business priorities and challenges.
  • Contribute to team rituals, best-practice sharing, and win/loss reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, solution selling, or professional services.
  • Strong experience in consultative selling of service-oriented or outcome-based solutions.
  • Preferred experience selling into manufacturing, automotive, oil & gas, or agriculture industries.
  • Exposure to hybrid talent models or alternative consulting delivery models.
  • Proven success managing enterprise mid-market clients with $500M–$15B+ in annual revenue.
  • Ability to build and execute account plans that drive pipeline and portfolio growth.
  • Experience running collaborative prospecting, virtual and on-site sales calls, and multidisciplinary sales pursuits.
  • Experience negotiating complex service agreements with procurement and legal departments.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
  • Regular or periodic travel required to meet clients and customers.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship or assistance provided.
