Description

  • Drive new customer acquisition by identifying and closing deals with brokerages below the enterprise tier.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Sell solutions that deliver clear value and position the platform as a must-have for brokerages.
  • Manage pipeline activity to consistently hit and exceed quota.
  • Partner with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and strong first-year retention.
  • Develop deep expertise in the company’s products, industry trends, and customer pain points.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Ensure a seamless customer transition after closing to maximize retention.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in SaaS or real estate technology sales.
  • Ability to sell consultatively by uncovering needs and aligning solutions for long-term success.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on high-quality, high-retention deals.
  • Experience selling to real estate brokerages or adjacent industries is a plus.
  • Self-starter mentality with a drive to win and own your success.
