Description

  • Own positioning and messaging across Tonkean’s platform and products to ensure clarity, consistency, and differentiation.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, sales-ready narratives and demo flows that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Build and maintain core go-to-market assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demos, and use case frameworks.
  • Lead competitive positioning and enablement to differentiate against key players and improve win rates.
  • Partner with sales and solutions teams to strengthen deal execution and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for product launches and major feature releases.
  • Establish and maintain a feedback loop from customers, prospects, and deals to inform messaging and product direction.
  • Work closely with product to shape how capabilities are framed, packaged, and brought to market, driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Support demand generation and campaign performance with clear messaging and market insights.
  • Partner with analysts, customers, and external partners to strengthen Tonkean’s category position.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience selling into complex enterprise environments (procurement, legal, finance, IT).
  • Proven ability to create clear, differentiated positioning for complex products and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of improving sales effectiveness and contributing to revenue outcomes, not just producing assets.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with willingness to execute hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with experience simplifying complex concepts.
  • Experience storyboarding and building product demos, and translating messaging into demo flows aligned with buyer evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how demos drive impact; ability to independently create or iterate demo assets and mockups.
  • Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or similar) to create high-quality visuals and demo environments.
  • Analytical mindset and experience working with analysts, agencies, and external partners.
