Description

  • Develop and execute the GTM launch blueprint for new and renewing value-based care contracts.
  • Lead and build a high-performing team by setting priorities, driving accountability, and fostering cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Construct implementation timelines, gating milestones, and operational workflows from signed payer contract to active field status.
  • Build, update, and manage cross-functional tracking dashboards using project management and CRM tools.
  • Write market-specific Payer Snapshots for local field and sales teams to support provider outreach.
  • Deconstruct complex payer contracts into clear sales enablement collateral.
  • Partner with Analytics, Outreach, Provider Networks, and Strategic Payer Partnerships to align priorities and execution across workstreams.
  • Create training programs for field teams to build fluency on new payer products.
  • Establish a market feedback mechanism to surface physician friction points and identify solutions.
  • Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track enrollment growth and continuously refine launch strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of healthcare experience, including at least 2 years in value-based care, population health management, or a physician enablement environment.
  • 6+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of risk-bearing models such as ACOs, MSSP, Medicare Advantage global risk, or capitated arrangements.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex managed care and payment structures into clear business language.
  • Expert-level experience managing high-stakes, multi-stakeholder cross-functional projects with tight deadlines.
  • High proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, enterprise project management tools, and data visualization software.
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing physician enablement organization preferred.
  • Ability to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and on a computer.
