Description

  • Develop foundational product positioning, base narratives, and sales assets for Virtual Primary Care, Urgent Care, Behavioral Health, and Expert Medical Opinion offerings.
  • Serve as the marketing lead for strategic pursuits from early engagement through pitch, proposal, and close.
  • Create pursuit marketing plans, mobilize cross-functional resources, and oversee tailored deliverables that strengthen differentiation and deal velocity.
  • Translate complex product capabilities and impact data into clear, persuasive, data-driven stories and sales collateral.
  • Tailor product narratives, assets, and channel strategy to specific buyers, segments, and account needs.
  • Partner with Sales RVPs and cross-functional teams to support high-priority growth opportunities and complex deals.
  • Maintain market, competitor, buyer, and procurement insight for Health Plan and Public Sector segments.
  • Collaborate with analytics and actuarial teams to build pre-sale tools and business cases that generate early buyer interest.
  • Lead development of custom pursuit materials such as executive summaries, sales decks, one-pagers, proposal content, and custom demos.
  • Contribute to repeatable pursuit processes, templates, and content approaches that improve scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, with meaningful experience in sales enablement, strategic pursuits, go-to-market strategy, or complex B2B deal support.
  • Strong experience developing messaging, positioning, and market-facing assets such as pitch decks and executive summaries.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in complex, fast-moving environments with many stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building effective relationships across sales, product, analytics, and partner teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and translate it into commercial narratives.
  • Experience leveraging AI to produce high-quality marketing or sales content and improve processes.
  • Proficiency with Google and/or Microsoft Suite tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently without sacrificing quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, health plan, public sector, or employer benefits environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with public sector and/or health plan buying dynamics, including committee-based decision-making, consultant influence, procurement rigor, and documented value narratives, is preferred.
  • Experience supporting highly tailored sales pursuits with multiple workstreams, executive audiences, and customized proof points or demos is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $100,030 to $130,944 per year in the United States.
