Description

  • Design, scope, and implement solutions across the Websites and Online Ordering product areas.
  • Improve product quality, performance, usability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with Design and Product stakeholders to refine product direction and fit.
  • Drive discovery of high-impact opportunities and turn them into shipped features.
  • Work across teams to ensure product ecosystem components work seamlessly together.
  • Run experiments, iterate quickly, and help shape the future of online ordering and websites.
  • Influence both technical implementation and product and business strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience developing fullstack web applications.
  • Proficiency with backend technologies such as Java, Kotlin, and Node.js.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind or Bootstrap.
  • Experience building on AWS and using tools such as Docker and Git.
  • Ability to turn high-fidelity UX designs from Figma into working implementations.
  • Experience designing scalable databases and architectures.
  • Experience with API design and unit/integration testing.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based, agile environment.
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve output and expand product capabilities.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $193,000-$309,000 USD for Zone A, $168,000-$269,000 USD for Zone B, or $151,000-$242,000 USD for Zone C.
  • Total rewards package includes cash compensation such as overtime and bonus/commissions if eligible.
  • Equity is included in the compensation package.
  • Benefits are included as part of the total rewards package.
  • Remote work option in the US, with hybrid work available in Boston and New York.
