Description

Design, scope, and implement solutions across the Websites and Online Ordering product areas.
Improve product quality, performance, usability, and scalability.
Collaborate closely with Design and Product stakeholders to refine product direction and fit.
Drive discovery of high-impact opportunities and turn them into shipped features.
Work across teams to ensure product ecosystem components work seamlessly together.
Run experiments, iterate quickly, and help shape the future of online ordering and websites.
Influence both technical implementation and product and business strategy.

Requirements

8+ years of experience developing fullstack web applications.
Proficiency with backend technologies such as Java, Kotlin, and Node.js.
Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind or Bootstrap.
Experience building on AWS and using tools such as Docker and Git.
Ability to turn high-fidelity UX designs from Figma into working implementations.
Experience designing scalable databases and architectures.
Experience with API design and unit/integration testing.
Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based, agile environment.
Interest in using AI tools to improve output and expand product capabilities.

Benefits

Base salary range of $193,000-$309,000 USD for Zone A, $168,000-$269,000 USD for Zone B, or $151,000-$242,000 USD for Zone C.
Total rewards package includes cash compensation such as overtime and bonus/commissions if eligible.
Equity is included in the compensation package.
Benefits are included as part of the total rewards package.
Remote work option in the US, with hybrid work available in Boston and New York.
