Description

  • Architect and evolve the global CI/CD framework for complex Salesforce deployments.
  • Drive advanced automation and self-service tooling to support release scale and reliability.
  • Lead cross-application release management across Salesforce, NetSuite, AWS, and other business systems.
  • Resolve systemic deployment challenges and define environment strategies, including refreshes and data access governance.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between Business Systems, Engineering, and Operations to align roadmaps, dependencies, and schedules.
  • Provide deep technical support for releases, incident response, and major system upgrades.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve development workflow, velocity, and team productivity.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues that affect releases and production stability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, DevOps, or Systems Engineering.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CI/CD architecture and enterprise-scale release management, including tools such as Copado, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Experience owning automation tooling and integration strategies across a diverse tech stack such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workato.
  • Experience with version control tools, with GitHub preferred.
  • Experience with at least one development language such as Python or Java.
  • Proven experience using Generative AI or Copilot-style tools such as Claude or Cursor to improve development, testing, or operations workflows.
  • Experience with enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Workato, or RevPro is preferred.
  • Experience leading high-risk migration projects, such as large-scale DocuSign or namespace changes, is preferred.
  • Experience with performance testing tools, logging and monitoring tools such as Datadog or Splunk, and data masking is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $155,000-$248,000 USD for Zone A, $135,000-$216,000 USD for Zone B, or $122,000-$195,000 USD for Zone C.
  • Additional cash compensation may include overtime and bonus or commissions if eligible.
