Description

  • Design, scope, and implement solutions across the Voice AI stack.
  • Improve the quality, performance, usability, and scalability of Voice AI products.
  • Collaborate closely with Design and Product stakeholders to refine product direction.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities and turn them into shipped product improvements.
  • Work across teams to ensure the broader product ecosystem works seamlessly together.
  • Iterate quickly through experiments and continuous product refinement.
  • Influence product and business strategy through technical contributions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing fullstack web applications.
  • Proficiency with backend technologies such as Java, Kotlin, and Python.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React and CSS frameworks such as Tailwind or Bootstrap.
  • Experience building on AWS with tools such as Docker and Git.
  • Ability to turn high-fidelity UX designs from Figma into production-ready implementations.
  • Experience designing databases and architectures that scale and perform well.
  • Enthusiasm for using AI-based tooling to improve impact and productivity.
  • Experience implementing LLMs and AI inference for real-world applications, using current best practices for AI product development.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Agile mindset with comfort shipping quickly, iterating, and refining.
  • Passion for building products that users love and see in real use.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $159,000 to $254,000 for Zone A, $138,000 to $221,000 for Zone B, and $125,000 to $200,000 for Zone C.
