Description

  • Own the developer-led funnel from signups and activation through qualified pipeline.
  • Build, report on, and act on a weekly signup-to-opportunity dashboard with sales and the CEO.
  • Define high-intent lead criteria with RevOps and sales, and implement lead scoring, routing, alerts, and first-touch SLAs.
  • Partner with engineering and content teams to publish weekly demos, examples, teardowns, and build-in-public content.
  • Experiment with AI-native distribution channels, including agent skills, MCP servers, and plugins for Cursor, Claude, and OpenAI.
  • Plan and run focused campaigns with target lists, offers, and coordinated sales follow-up.
  • Own lifecycle email and in-product activation nudges in HubSpot to drive users to their first query.
  • Reallocate time and budget based on pipeline performance through monthly reviews and rapid adjustments.

Requirements

  • Based in the EU.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or developer marketing.
  • Experience owning signup-to-pipeline or signup-to-revenue performance for a developer-facing product.
  • Experience marketing to technical buyers, from individual developers to platform and data leaders.
  • Ability to work independently while executing hands-on growth initiatives.
  • Working technical fluency, including SQL, API documentation, demos, and daily use of AI coding tools.
  • Evidence of recently shipping an experiment, demo, campaign, or side project.
  • Experience with ClickHouse, Kafka, analytics, or real-time data infrastructure (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM and attribution tools (preferred).
  • Experience growing a developer community, working with AI-native builders, or supporting a PLG-to-enterprise transition (preferred).
