Description

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, search visibility, rankings, and inbound traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, backlink acquisition, and domain authority initiatives.
  • Create, manage, repurpose, schedule, and publish blog, social, PR, and marketing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
  • Analyze content and social engagement performance and optimize content based on data.
  • Integrate AI tools into recurring workflows for content ideation, research, copywriting, repurposing, analysis, and automation.
  • Oversee marketing website projects and coordinate with developers on landing pages, updates, content publishing, and SEO improvements.
  • Maintain accurate, optimized, and current website content and infrastructure.
  • Track campaign and marketing performance, maintain reports, and identify optimization opportunities using analytics data.
  • Support email marketing, Google Ads, and broader revenue initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing projects with design and development teams using Slack and Asana.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with organic social media growth, content creation, and content management.
  • Understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, organic acquisition, and performance optimization.
  • Experience coordinating work across marketing, design, and development teams.
  • Proven ability to integrate AI tools into marketing workflows.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai, Buffer or Hootsuite, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Strong organizational, project execution, written English, and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, Google Search Console, backlink strategy, or link building (preferred).
  • Experience with ASTRO, WordPress, headless CMS platforms, marketing automation, or scalable AI-assisted content workflows (preferred).
