Description

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team across the Southeast and Ohio Valley region.
  • Create and implement scalable sales processes that support consistent performance and growth.
  • Drive pipeline growth through field sales, marketing collaboration, and partnership development.
  • Design and execute regional account strategies to improve market penetration and collaborative selling.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver product demonstrations and manage proof-of-concept programs.
  • Develop strong customer relationships that support renewals, expansions, and advocacy.
  • Own revenue forecasting through disciplined deal analysis and reporting processes.
  • Expand the partner ecosystem through strategic relationship building and program development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience, including 1-3 years of direct leadership experience.
  • Proven record of exceeding quotas and delivering results in enterprise software sales, especially in security or automation.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams that create new opportunities and acquire new customers.
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles in emerging technology markets.
  • History of closing large enterprise deals.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
  • Deep understanding of modern enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Challenger Sale.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Washington D.C.; Florida; or Ohio, with the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Benefits

  • Target annual compensation of $375,000-$400,000 OTE.
  • Equity included in the compensation package.
  • Remote position with location flexibility within the approved U.S. regions.
