Description

  • Lead offshore teams delivering supply chain analytics and data migration initiatives.
  • Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to align goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Engage Director- and VP-level clients to understand business context and define solution approaches.
  • Structure complex problems into tasks spanning business analysis, data science, and engineering.
  • Mentor business analysts and data professionals delivering data-driven solutions.
  • Architect scalable data analytics frameworks and enterprise production solutions.
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning, AI, optimization, and operations research.
  • Build simulation, optimization, and scenario-planning tools for decision support.
  • Use SQL and related tools to extract, transform, and structure large datasets.
  • Ensure data quality, validation, governance, and clear communication of analytical insights.

Requirements

  • 8–14 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in business or data analytics.
  • Mandatory experience in Retail or CPG.
  • Strong e-commerce merchandising strategy and supply chain experience, including demand planning, supply planning, shipping, and inventory management.
  • Experience engaging and influencing executive- and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Strong project and team leadership experience across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong foundation in statistical methods and machine learning.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into data-driven analytical frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
