Description

  • Lead due diligence, master planning, and program-level planning across multiple buildings and project phases.
  • Oversee engineering firms and general contractors from design and mobilization through construction, punch list, and turnover.
  • Provide constructability guidance on electrical and mechanical designs and advise clients on critical infrastructure strategies and tradeoffs.
  • Monitor progress, risks, constraints, schedules, and key metrics; deliver executive-level updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate utilities, infrastructure upgrades, IMS activities, schedule recovery, safety ownership, and operational handoffs.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and align internal, external, cross-functional, and executive leadership teams.
  • Manage portfolio budgets, cost controls, vendor and client invoices, change orders, forecasts, procurement coordination, and financial risk.
  • Drive process, safety, and efficiency improvements; apply lessons learned and coach direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent data center experience is required.
  • 4+ years of project management experience is required.
  • Experience in data center development and/or construction is required.
  • Experience with critical infrastructure systems such as switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, fire safety, controls, and security systems.
  • Experience overseeing multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams across full project lifecycles.
  • Strong client communication, executive reporting, cross-functional coordination, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience with budget management, cost forecasting, change orders, procurement, and invoice review.
  • Procore experience for client invoice approvals is expected.
  • Substation design experience is preferred.
