Description

  • Lead project managers and analysts responsible for software implementations and service integrations.
  • Oversee customer onboarding, implementation timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction.
  • Guide solution design and integrations with healthcare information systems and clearinghouses, including Epic, Soarian, McKesson, Emdeon, and Experian.
  • Manage executive client relationships and resolve reported issues and actionable items.
  • Develop processes to track implementation performance, delivery timelines, quality, and satisfaction.
  • Align business objectives and roadmaps across Operations, Sales and Marketing, Finance, and IT.
  • Lead process-improvement and technology projects supporting revenue growth, cost reduction, scalability, and business continuity.
  • Support sales and business development through pricing, proposals, and prospect presentations.
  • Research potential revenue streams and recommend implementation strategies.
  • Drive internal change management, integration, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 10+ years of experience implementing complex enterprise software in a SaaS environment.
  • At least 5 years of customer-facing implementation experience.
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience managing a project management team and multiple concurrent projects.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, team development, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, webinar tools, internet-based systems, Microsoft Project, or similar planning tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, deliver on time and budget, and communicate with all levels of client personnel.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
