Description

  • Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models using Vertex AI, including Vertex Pipelines, AutoML, and custom training.
  • Design and build scalable ML pipelines for feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Deploy models to production through Vertex AI endpoints and integrate them with downstream applications or APIs.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and MLOps teams to create reproducible and reliable ML workflows.
  • Monitor model performance, set up alerting, and implement retraining triggers and drift detection.
  • Use GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage in ML workflows.
  • Apply CI/CD practices to ML systems using Vertex AI Pipelines, Cloud Build, and GitOps.
  • Implement model governance, versioning, explainability, and security best practices within Vertex AI.
  • Document architecture decisions, workflows, and model lifecycle details for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience with generative AI, including advanced RAG with graph-based hybrid retrieval and multimodal agents.
  • Deep knowledge of ADK and LangChain agentic frameworks.
  • Experience with fine-tuning and distillation.
  • Expert-level Python skills with strong object-oriented and functional programming ability.
  • Proficiency with ML/DL libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and PySpark.
  • Experience writing production-grade code with testing and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with GCP services including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, and Dataflow.
  • Understanding of IAM and VPC.
  • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
  • Experience integrating ML models into APIs for real-time inference.
  • Experience implementing authentication, logging, and performance optimization for APIs.
  • Experience designing end-to-end AI systems with scalability and fault tolerance.
  • Hands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices, and asynchronous processing.
