Description

  • Lead, develop, and execute sales strategies for consulting services to direct clients across North America and regional markets.
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key technology partners, including Databricks.
  • Find, nurture, and close new sales opportunities for Tiger Analytics consulting services.
  • Own the strategic relationship with Databricks through field-level engagement, joint solution development, and executive alignment.
  • Uncover customer pain points, qualify needs, and position complex services effectively.
  • Craft proposals, statements of work, contract terms, deliverables, and pricing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment, support deals, and execute sales initiatives.
  • Research accounts and opportunities thoroughly while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • Take accountability for outcomes and continuously pursue operational excellence and new goals.
  • Work with a strong executive presence to influence customer and partner decisions.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in consulting sales, delivery, or a hands-on technical role.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services.
  • Experience in Databricks is required.
  • Experience in cloud services, data services, and/or AI is a plus.
  • Experience in co-selling with technology partners.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to craft proposals, SOWs, negotiate contracts, deliverables, and pricing.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing $250K+ deals that grow into multi-million-dollar customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and be located in a major metro area.
