Description

  • Lead successful delivery of outcome-based and fixed-fee engagements from inception through closure.
  • Manage stakeholders across Thoughtworks global teams and client teams, clearly communicating business value.
  • Oversee multiple parallel workstreams across different client accounts.
  • Work with the Business Ops team to track client financials and operational performance.
  • Manage scope, budget, and financial governance within outcome-based and fixed-fee models.
  • Ensure milestone-based reporting to support timely revenue recognition.
  • Implement change management to protect the sold scope and maintain delivery integrity.
  • Maintain RAIDD management across programs and workstreams.
  • Set up delivery workstreams, including resourcing, in collaboration with delivery leaders in other regions.
  • Capture actuals versus planned staffing, financials, and feedback during workstream closure to improve internal accuracy.

Requirements

  • Experience leading delivery for outcome-based and fixed-fee engagements.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across client and internal teams.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams or client accounts in parallel.
  • Ability to manage scope, budget, change control, and financial tracking.
  • Experience with milestone-based reporting and revenue recognition processes.
  • Strong RAIDD management capability.
  • Experience setting up delivery workstreams and coordinating resourcing across regions.
  • Foundational understanding of AI platform/accelerator-based execution, or ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies.
  • Ability to drive specialized skill training for a workstream (preferred).
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adapting within a consulting environment.
