Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external executives and align Celonis to their strategic objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end customer value journeys for strategic accounts.
  • Staff and coordinate engagements across global cross-functional teams, including Servicing, Product, and Engineering.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to define program roadmaps and detailed value plans.
  • Resolve customer escalations by orchestrating internal teams quickly and effectively.
  • Drive value realization, platform adoption, and high-quality project completion across accounts.
  • Advise customers on organization design and the maturation of Centers of Excellence to increase adoption.
  • Lead customer advisory boards and gather structured feedback on industry challenges and innovation opportunities.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collaborate on advocacy strategies and product alignment.
  • Represent Celonis at conferences, webinars, and industry events, including through thought leadership and customer sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong experience leading large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
  • Experience with logistics clients and/or logistics processes is crucial.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
  • Deep experience with change management practices.
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and influence through data, facts, and confidence.
  • Experience working with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with subject matter experts and practice leads.
  • Consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple work streams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into a customer business context.
  • Native-level or near-native German language skills, written and spoken.
  • Ability to confidently engage German-speaking customers, facilitate workshops, and present to executive stakeholders.
  • Based in Munich or the region of Bonn.
