Description

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end customer value journeys for strategic accounts.
  • Mobilize and coordinate cross-functional Celonis teams to ensure proper engagement staffing.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define program roadmaps and detailed value plans.
  • Resolve customer escalations by orchestrating internal teams quickly and effectively.
  • Align Celonis delivery to customer strategy and business-critical priorities.
  • Drive adoption, usage, on-time project completion, and measurable value realization.
  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards and gather structured customer feedback.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to inform product and service alignment.
  • Represent Celonis at industry events, conferences, webinars, and thought leadership activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong experience leading large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
  • Experience with logistics clients and/or logistics processes is crucial.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
  • Deep exposure to change management practices.
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and influence through data, facts, and confidence.
  • Experience working with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with subject matter experts and practice leads.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate Celonis use cases into a customer business context.
  • Proven project management ability to organize and manage multiple work streams.
  • Native-level or near-native German language skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops and present to executive stakeholders.
