Description

  • Identify, research, and engage prospective K–12 customers through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities and build pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies for different buyer personas, districts, and regions.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing customer needs, fit, and purchasing readiness.
  • Schedule meetings and transition qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of The Princeton Review’s products, services, and value proposition.
  • Support outreach efforts across multiple U.S. regions and time zones.
  • Maintain accurate prospecting and opportunity records in Salesforce.
  • Track daily outreach activities to support efficient pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and sales leadership to support revenue growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in K–12 sales, business development, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.
  • SDR or BDR experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and virtual communication skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform to manage pipeline activity.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward measurable results.
  • Resilient and persistent in outbound prospecting activities.
  • Strong curiosity and discovery skills to uncover customer needs effectively.
  • Ability to manage outreach across multiple U.S. time zones.
  • Collaborative, coachable, and adaptable to changing priorities and territory assignments.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $50,000–$60,000 USD plus sales commission.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and skills.
