Description

  • Manage and mentor a team of growth specialists and platform leads.
  • Oversee the performance of video content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, with a focus on original Shows & Series.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of the Creator Program, including talent identification, partnership negotiation, and creator-led content production.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Video team and the Newsroom to align creator content with news-gathering needs and breaking news coverage.
  • Own the departmental data stack and turn analytics into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Partner with the Senior Executive Producer of Creative Studios to support commercial RFPs and branded content pitches.
  • Design and implement workflows for content packaging, SEO optimization, and community engagement across global time zones.
  • Support editorial and creative quality control for externally produced and creator-led content.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in video growth, social media strategy, or digital publishing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a formal people management role.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and work within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy, including talent management and contract nuances.
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, and Meta algorithms and the ability to adapt to platform changes.
  • Strong news judgment and the ability to ensure content meets high editorial standards.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere and Photoshop.
  • Exceptional copywriting and presentation skills with the ability to communicate data to executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with high autonomy and translate business goals into tactical execution plans.
