Description

  • Onboard new clients and support their transition into the fulfillment process.
  • Manage client relationships and maintain clear client communication.
  • Build highly targeted prospect lists for outbound campaigns.
  • Create outbound campaign scripts for email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Use Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support list building and targeting.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze outbound campaign performance.
  • Coordinate internally with the fulfillment team to align delivery and execution.
  • Lead project management for assigned clients and keep initiatives on track.
  • Manage and oversee sales reps working on client accounts.
  • Support client retention by delivering results aligned with client objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience running automated B2B cold email marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Experience running automated B2B LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate leads.
  • Experience writing sales copy that converts cold traffic into warm traffic.
  • Experience in a B2B sales, marketing, or business development role.
  • Experience coaching or managing B2B sales or marketing teams.
  • Experience as a go-to-market engineer, business development leader, or consultant for B2B SaaS or B2B service businesses.
  • Experience using project management software such as Asana or ClickUp.
  • Experience using cold email tools such as Instantly, SmartLead, or EmailBison.
  • Experience using Clay for data enrichment and HeyReach or Expandi for LinkedIn outreach.
  • Experience handling client communication, client relationships, and client retention.
  • Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 9am EST to 5pm EST.
  • Proactive attitude, high emotional intelligence, strong time management, tech-savviness, attention to detail, strong work ethic, honesty, and trustworthiness.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $40,000 to $55,000.
  • On-track earnings of $75,000 to $110,000+ with revenue share.
