Description

  • Manage the commercial loan process from origination through closing.
  • Ensure loan documentation is accurate and complete, and resolve documentation exceptions.
  • Enter financial information into the loan system and update financial statements.
  • Prepare loan files for portfolio review and track maturing lines and loans.
  • Monitor past due accounts and maintain follow-up on portfolio delinquencies.
  • Provide sales support, identify cross-sell opportunities, and coordinate presentation materials.
  • Schedule sales calls and handle routine tasks, ad hoc requests, and CRM updates.
  • Coordinate deposit and other banking service openings with branch and deposit operations teams.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for borrowers and respond to inquiries with urgency and strong customer service.
  • Support compliance by following bank policies, regulations, and mandatory training, and help identify suspicious activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent education and formal training is preferred.
  • Strong accounting and math skills are a plus.
  • Prior experience supporting commercial bankers.
  • Strong knowledge of banking, commercial lending, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills with professionalism and tact.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and use technology to improve efficiency.
  • Commitment to teamwork and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
  • Remote role based in Central Florida with occasional travel to branches and U.S. company events.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.
