Description

  • Execute outbound prospecting to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Make cold calls to qualified prospects to spark interest and book discovery calls.
  • Use LinkedIn social selling, messaging, commenting, and Sales Navigator to engage prospects.
  • Send personalized cold emails and follow-ups to high-priority accounts.
  • Create and send tailored video outreach using Loom or similar tools.
  • Log prospect interactions, notes, and lead statuses in the CRM.
  • Maintain a clean sales pipeline by tracking follow-ups and next steps.
  • Qualify prospects and route them to the appropriate sales stage.
  • Ensure qualified opportunities are booked on the Account Executive’s calendar.

Requirements

  • Proactive and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and keep prospecting.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track leads and follow-ups.
  • Results-driven and competitive, with motivation to hit and exceed sales KPIs.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outbound sales tools.
  • Able to work closely with a team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced outbound sales environment.
