Description

  • Handle inside/inbound phone sales conversations with pre-qualified leads in the U.S. credit sector.
  • Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on each customer's profile and credit situation.
  • Follow TCP’s step-by-step sales process to present products and address customer concerns.
  • Work toward and exceed quotas and KPIs for sales performance.
  • Use TCP’s technology stack, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu, in daily operations.
  • Communicate with customers in a persuasive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused manner.
  • Maintain a strong closing mindset while working remotely and managing a full-time schedule.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C financial and banking services.
  • Proven experience in inside/inbound phone sales in the U.S. credit sector.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, line of credit, personal loans, credit repair, credit history, score, and reporting.
  • Full-time remote availability with one unpaid 1-hour break in a 9-hour shift.
  • Ability to work one of the listed EST schedules, including weekday-only or weekday-plus-Saturday options.
  • Must have a computer that meets the company’s bring-your-own-device requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first, empathetic approach.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn TCP’s technology suite.
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu is expected for day-to-day work.
