Description

  • Handle inside and inbound phone sales conversations with pre-qualified leads in the U.S. credit sector.
  • Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on each customer’s profile and credit situation.
  • Follow TCP’s step-by-step sales process to promote credit repair products.
  • Address and rebut customer concerns during the sales process.
  • Use TCP’s technology stack, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu, in daily work.
  • Work toward and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Maintain a customer-first, solution-oriented approach in all interactions.
  • Learn and adapt to TCP’s tools, products, and sales methods.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside or inbound phone sales in the United States credit sector.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C financial and banking services.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, personal loans, credit repair, credit history, credit scores, and credit reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and a persuasive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work full-time remotely with one unpaid 1-hour break in a 9-hour shift.
  • Availability for one of the specified schedules, including EST hours and some Saturday shifts.
  • Own a computer that meets the company’s device requirements.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy for customer needs.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, or Hodu is preferred.
