Description

  • Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat according to standard operating procedures.
  • Investigate, research, and provide accurate solutions to customer issues.
  • Escalate and assign issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records during customer interactions.
  • Address collections and billing questions, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.
  • Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing adjustments.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies to support customer retention.
  • Use company tools and systems, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu, for daily operations.
  • Work toward KPIs related to client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual/native fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Availability to start on July 27, 2026.
  • Ability to work a 5-day, 40-hour schedule with a 9-hour shift and 1 unpaid hour break, Monday to Friday and Saturday post-training.
  • Dedicated home workspace required; equipment details will be provided during the interview process.
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy toward customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
  • Experience in customer service, billing, collections, or retention support is implied by the role (preferred).
