Description

  • Own the strategic roadmap by aligning Testronic’s capabilities with the client’s long-term product ROI and shifting relationships from vendor to partner.
  • Drive outcome-led growth by identifying and executing complex cross-sell opportunities that solve structural quality bottlenecks and mitigate high-stakes development risks.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder maps by building and influencing networks across client leadership (CTOs, Studio Heads) and production to integrate Testronic into decision-making.
  • Implement quality governance by leading adoption of 'Shift Left' readiness and design frameworks and challenging client processes that threaten delivery or player experience.
  • Translate data into value by shifting reporting from reactive KPIs (bug counts) to leading indicators (risk heat-maps) and delivering actionable business intelligence.
  • Bridge the Dev-Ops divide by collaborating with internal Ops and PMs to ensure 'Quality by Design' is executed and holding teams accountable to shared outcomes.
  • Act as a market intelligence thought partner advising clients on evolving strategies in response to industry shifts like AI integration and the $100 game economy.
  • Protect commercial outcomes by aligning client expectations with internal delivery to safeguard margins and reputation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consultative account management experience in AAA games or related tech with a proven track record of value-based selling.
  • Deep technical fluency in the SDLC and QA/Localization methodologies (mandatory) and the ability to communicate at a Technical Director level.
  • Documented history of identifying client bottlenecks and pitching unconventional, high-impact solutions (Challenger mindset).
  • Strong analytical and storytelling ability to synthesize complex production data into a compelling narrative of risk mitigation.
  • Experience aligning client expectations with internal delivery teams to protect margins and company reputation (operational bridge-building).
  • Superior negotiation skills and a results-first commercial orientation (commercial assertiveness).
  • Experience working with senior client stakeholders (CTOs, Studio Heads) and cross-functional internal teams (preferred).
  • Familiarity with industry trends such as AI integration and high-value game economics (preferred).
