Description

  • Provide technical sales support to the Sales Team throughout the full sales cycle, including product demonstrations and negotiations.
  • Answer prospective customer questions and clearly communicate the technical capabilities of the platform.
  • Build and maintain software demonstration environments according to customer specifications.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand prospective customers’ pain points and address their needs.
  • Work with Customer Success to resolve technical support questions from existing customers.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product to stay current on platform changes, resolve customer issues, and track roadmap updates.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on platform features and functionalities.
  • Lead internal product training and onboard new Sales and Customer Success representatives onto the platform.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to update technical presentations and materials.
  • Maintain Salesforce and HubSpot databases and assist with ad hoc reporting as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role.
  • 5+ years of experience providing technical support within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in construction technology or the construction industry is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in a technical, production-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Help Scout, HubSpot, or similar tools preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel flexibly up to 50% to 60% as business dictates.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented with strong analytical curiosity and problem-solving skills.
