Description

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise prospects and customers during pre-sales.
  • Assess business needs and technical constraints to design Scaleway-based cloud architectures.
  • Guide customers through discovery and migration until handover to support teams.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions and develop tailored solutions using Scaleway products.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve customer challenges.
  • Lead client technical workshops and proof-of-concept sessions.
  • Maintain and share knowledge of Scaleway’s evolving cloud portfolio.
  • Improve internal pre-sales tools, processes, documentation, and practices.
  • Represent Scaleway at industry events and webinars as needed.

Requirements

  • 3–10 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solutions architecture.
  • Experience with public-cloud solutions and cloud migrations.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code, or Linux systems.
  • Solid understanding of application and server architectures and data-center environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong Swedish and English communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable customer solutions.
  • Comfort presenting to technical stakeholders and C-level audiences.
  • Customer-focused, consultative approach with strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset and interest in innovation.
