Description

  • Serve as the primary technical contact during the pre-sales phase for enterprise prospects and clients.
  • Understand customer business needs and technical constraints to design Scaleway-based architectures.
  • Support clients through discovery and migration until the project transitions to support.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions and propose custom solutions using Scaleway products.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve customer challenges.
  • Lead technical workshops and proof-of-concept sessions with clients.
  • Maintain and share knowledge of Scaleway’s evolving cloud offering.
  • Improve internal pre-sales tools, processes, and documentation.
  • Represent Scaleway at industry events and webinars when needed.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the Pre-Sales practice.

Requirements

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution architecture roles.
  • Experience with public cloud solutions and cloud migrations.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code, or Linux systems.
  • Solid understanding of application/server architectures and datacenter environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Customer-oriented with a consultative mindset.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to both technical and C-level audiences.
