Description

  • Support day-to-day contract lifecycle administration for contracts, renewals, and addendums.
  • Review contracts and related documentation for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company standards.
  • Validate contract data, pricing, and terms against approved structures and prior agreements.
  • Identify risks, inconsistencies, and non-standard terms, and escalate as appropriate.
  • Resolve discrepancies in contract terms, pricing, or data with internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to correct contract errors and missing information.
  • Maintain organized contract records, documentation, and audit tracking across systems.
  • Use Salesforce and internal systems to process contracts and maintain record accuracy.
  • Conduct periodic audits to confirm contract accuracy, compliance, and alignment with terms.
  • Support process improvements to increase workflow efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in contract administration, deal desk, billing, or a related function in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, including contract, quote, or opportunity management workflows.
  • Strong understanding of contract processes, pricing structures, and data accuracy requirements.
  • Experience reviewing contracts, addendums, or similar documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify contract, pricing, and data discrepancies and resolve or escalate them appropriately.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and/or Legal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Experience in construction technology or with construction industry customers is a plus.
