Description

  • Develop and execute the channel strategy across the UK, Ireland and Nordics region.
  • Manage and grow the regional partner ecosystem to drive sustainable, partner-led revenue growth.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard and develop new channel partners by vertical segment.
  • Work with the Regional Sales Manager and wider team to create and execute partner-specific business plans.
  • Lead partner engagement activities including sales training, technical training, partner events, trade shows and channel marketing initiatives.
  • Support lead generation and help partners progress opportunities through to successful closure.
  • Encourage participation in Cambium partner programmes and use MDF to support joint partner activities and market development.
  • Conduct forecast reviews and maintain visibility into partner-driven pipeline and revenue opportunities.
  • Run regular business reviews to track relationship health, identify risks and surface growth opportunities early.
  • Build strong relationships across partner organisations and collaborate internally to represent partner and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner account management or business development within IT, networking, wireless or network security.
  • Strong understanding of the networking channel and experience working with VARs, System Integrators, MSPs, ISPs and Distributors.
  • Demonstrable success in driving partner-led revenue growth and executing joint business plans.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing and technical teams.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels within partner organisations and internally.
  • Strong commercial, business and financial acumen with an understanding of partner drivers and profitability.
  • Ability to analyse complex situations and translate them into practical, commercially sound actions.
  • Highly organised, results-oriented and execution-focused approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously while staying aligned with regional leadership and priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the territory, averaging three days per week in the field.
  • Experience in wireless networking, Wi-Fi, switching, security or cloud-managed networking solutions (desirable).
  • Experience in a partner-centric, international business environment (desirable).
  • Experience engaging with public sector organisations, service providers or enterprise customers through channel partners (desirable).
  • Previous experience leading partner ecosystems, programmes or initiatives without direct line management responsibility (desirable).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience (desirable).
